Quality control processes – How we ensure consistent quality when using recycled material.
Our recycling partner has the facility to trace all the feedstock and formulations contained in the recycled content we receive. During the production process, material samples are regularly taken from the production line. The samples are run through a lab extruder to produce a flat strip which is used to check for consistency in colour and surface finish and tested.
In addition we have in house quality procedures and tests that enable us to measure the quality of the material to ensure it meets our required standards.
