How to place your order with our customer services team

If you are placing your order the day before your delivery day, please ensure that you send it before the cut off time of 12.30pm in order to receive delivery the following day.
Deliveries
Your order may be delivered by our own transport or via carrier. When delivered via our own transport the following has been adopted.
- Deliveries will be made to the building entrance
- Drivers will not enter customer buildings
- Gloves shall be worn when handling goods
- A name shall be taken for the delivery note, not a signature
- When using welfare facilities within a customer’s building, a mask and gloves will be worn
Collections
We offer a collection service from Manchester (M26 1GG), Watford (WD18 0EZ) and Hastings (TN38 9NU).
- Please make your way to the collection point and remain in your vehicle
- Please call the number on the sign to notify us that you have arrived to collect your order
- We will load your goods into your vehicle along with the paperwork
- Gloves shall be worn when handling goods
- A photo of the goods on the vehicle and contact details will be taken
Making our workplace safe
We have adopted Covid-19 guidelines within our office, factory and warehouse environments in order to keep our employees safe. This includes measures such as, home working, social distancing, enhanced cleaning practices and the requirement for employees to undertake a Coronavirus Awareness training module.
Please rest assured that we are following official guidance from the Government to ensure that our processes remain safe and in line with current guidelines.
