Marshall-Tufflex, the UK’s leading manufacturer of cable management solutions, has invested in a state-of-the-art conduit machine at its Castleham site, further reinforcing their commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

The new machine significantly enhances production capacity, achieving an output of 30 metres of conduit per minute – a 32.5% increase compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the advanced system automates both banding and packing, streamlining operations and reducing manual handling.

Designed for versatility, the machine can produce both 20mm and 25mm conduit, whereas the previous system was limited to 20mm. Through ongoing trials, our team are working hard to further increase the recycled material content.
